I recently had the pleasure of meeting David and his team regarding the upgrading of one of our promotional flyer's. During the meeting I highlighted to David that we were currently receiving 0.02% response rate with our existing flyer but felt with a better quality design this could be improved. 3 days later David came back with two different options for us to consider. 10 emails or tweaks later we had a finished flyer ready for print and decided to test this new flyer in our local newspaper and in our local domestic market.
